Infant Massage Workshops
Workshops occur on two consecutive Mondays. Through nurturing touch your baby learns about basic trust, body integrity, emotional security, and love while you learn to read your baby's cues and help their digestive and nervous systems regulate and function optimally. It is also a great way for mothers to relax as you down-regulate along with your infant. Taught by a certified infant massage instructor.
Infant Massage Workshops consist of 2 sessions occurring on 2 consecutive Mondays from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon. The workshop fee is $50 for both sessions.
